Seasonal shed

I am fed up with this autumn/seasonal shed! I had gotten to a point where I felt my treatment was finally stabilizing and working and seeing many baby hairs and now I am shedding more hair than my cat, anytime I run my hand through my hair a few strands come loose. There‘s hair everywhere - my clothes, the shower, the carpet, the bed…

the thought of going through this for another 5/6 weeks makes me lose my mind cause by then I’ll have no hair left.

p.s. I’m noticing TONS of white bulbs on my lose hairs, a lot more than usual throughout my years struggling with TE and AGA so I’m also confused about that - feels like something’s changed, just don’t know what
