Numbing before women’s exam

Hi beauties. I am 45. Great to be here. My bestie was petrified today bc she had her Pap test. She said she hates the “scrapping” so much. I’ve never understood something more. Tell me, why are women not offered the option to get completely numb, at least topically, down there before they go in the woods for Duck Hunt? Every single woman should have this option every single time any exam of the genitals is needed. Why has this not happened yet? Dumb question…women’s health.
