AITA I don't give out candy to kids on Halloween unless they say "Trick or Treat"

No matter the age of the kid at my door, I do not give out any candy to them unless they specifically say trick or treat first. I also do not give any candy to anyone not in a costume. I also ask them what they say once they are given a handful of candy. I give really young kids the benefit of the doubt, but ask them in a much more gentle way and the parents almost always smile and clap to encourage them to say it. My wife thinks that I am too rough, but giving out a bunch of free candy should be followed with basic manners. We usually give out $75 to $100 worth of candy in a few hours, and could easily just turn off the lights and not open the door. AITA?
