New to Bilt, Looking for Some Insight

Background I have the Hilton Honors Surpass Card with Amex and just found out I can transfer points from Bilt to Hilton Honors at 1:1.

I see that you can earn points with Bilt for mortgage payments, I am currently just paying my mortgage from my checking/savings account not earning any points since you can't pay with credit cards.

I am aware everyone says the 1:1 ratio from Bilt to Hilton is terrible but considering I'm currently not getting any points for my mortgage payments I don't see the downside.

Where I'm confused is how do I pay my mortgage with Bilt, I see information with billpay but I've never used it. Apparently I need a Bilt Credit Card to be able to get a billpay routing and account number? Will I be transferring funds to my Bilt account then paying my mortgage with Bill pay?

Is all this worth the hassle? I have a mortgage payment of $3300/month.
