Did anyone ever have the Botanist [SPOILER]?

Did anyone’s playthrough involve the Botanist committing suicide? I don’t mean the game over you can get where one of the Alters can’t bear it anymore and kills everyone in a murder–suicide. I mean just a suicide, where the Botanist kills himself but the other Alters live and you can keep playing.

I was looking at the game in FModel and found some “BotanistSuicide” files, but I haven’t seen it happen in game, even though I made him sad to the point where he only worked 4 hours per day.
