E-visa

Hi everyone! Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, it’s my first Reddit post

My fiancé is an Indian citizen and we’re travelling to Albania together from 16 October to 1 November.
He applied for a tourist e-Visa through the Albanian Embassy in Beijing on 8 September, and the status

is still showing “OPEN”. We’re waiting for the payment request.
Has anyone recently applied for an Albanian tourist visa as an Indian citizen? How long did it take to receive the payment request?
