AMD FSR Menu/Inventory Stutter and Lag

Can someone, who had previously this issue, tell me if it is fixed for this early access launch?

I tried the closed beta and but issue was unbearable for me, and I hated how the game looked with it off. I got a refund, but I'd like to buy the game as long as this issues is solved.
