AirlineApps Certificate Questions

I'm prepping my AirlineApps for submissions to regional airlines, and I have two questions about the certificates section. Firstly, when you enter a certificate, it notifies you that you must put all information on the most recent certificate. Does this mean that you should have your superseded certificates as well? i.e., Private, Private+Instrument, Commercial single, Commercial singe & multi, CFI, CFII? Or should it just be Commercial single & multi and Instructor with the instrument rating? Secondly, if my commercial single certificate was part 141, but my multi add-on was done part 61, would I put part 61 or 141 for my most current Commercial certificate? Thanks
