panda garra tankmates?

I would love to stock a 20 gallon long with 3-4 panda garra and some kind of upper / mid schooling fish. I was wondering what the best option would be considering I’ll be keeping the tank with strong flow and at room temp ~75 degrees. A couple options I hope might be compatible are rummy nose tetras and celestial pearl danios, but I’m concerned that the tank would be too cool for the tetras and too fast flowing for the cpd. Thoughts?
