Airpods pro 3rd Gen or Airpods 5

Hi,

I want to purchase airpods, my org is reimbursing upto 16K.

I just saw that airpods 5 are available to pre-order, would it have any edge over Airpods pro 3rd Gen?

Should I consider airpods 5?

Or Airpods pro are still the better choice.

I don't mind paying the extra 8-9k if it actually has value.

Kindly help, as I am an android user, and I am currently using OnePlus Nord Buds 3 pro.
