Ex keeps posting me on sites like the Tea App and NameHim.

I have not spoken to my ex in months. The last thing I said to her was a text asking her to stop harassing me online and things like that.
She has been posting false allegations on these sites. I have had them successfully taken down multiple times already, however they just keep popping back up.
I’m in the process of speaking with law enforcement now and just wondering if there is more I can do that can get her to stop.
