The semi final and final scheduling is odd

Having the final be a back to back is an odd choice, because ideally you would want the players to fresh so they can play the best basketball possible for the premier matchup?

It would've made more sense to keep the quarters and semis as back to backs if you had to due to a lack of time. The quarters (as we saw) are more likely to be blowouts than the semis.

The back to back nature of the semis and final also give the finalist from the earlier time slot an actual advantage. They probably wanted to keep it within the weekend, but it's odd to me.
