Giving up

I currently stay at center of prevention center work fulltime they had me call 211 to sign up for their housing assessment I scored a 20 they told me salvation army would help with security deposit since I'm fleeing a domestic once I sign my lease. Well now that I signed my lease no one answer the phones and now I'm screwed over smh I only have 3 weeks left in the program before I have to be discharged and now the lease I just signed I'm bout to lose smh I feel like I can never win why give me false hope bruh 💔💔 im so hurt the city take advantage of vulnerable ppl smh
