How long does it take for transcripts to be uploaded?

So I'm trying to transfer to Brooklyn college and I send my transcripts to both transcripts@cuny.edu and admissions@cuny.edu. I'd like to know how long does it usually take for them to review my transcripts? Since deadline is in 5 days, is there anything I can do to make sure that I meet deadline?
