I frequent run in Golden Gate Park and would love to find an activity partner who enjoys a good run and some fun in the woods behind the meadows before/after.

I set a pretty slow pace in my runs. At my age I don’t really have anything to prove but enjoy good cardio and the toe curling feel of good company outdoors.
