Anyone use Sparrow?

I subscribed to Sparrow about a year/year and a half ago, and I apply for class action settlements I qualify for through them. I received 2 payouts from Facebook and a payout from Robitussin, but haven’t received anything since then. I see people getting payouts from class actions that I know I applied for (through Sparrow) and know I qualify for, but haven’t received anything from. Anyone else use Sparrow and have that same issue?
