At what level of vitamin B12 can one experience neurological symptoms?

27 female.

My current vitamin B12 level is 187. Lower lab threshold is 156. GP and a friend of mine (doctor-to-be) says the level is fine, is not considered a deficiency and shouldn’t be causing any dangerous/serious symptoms. However, I read/hear conflicting info elsewhere and am wondering what the general consensus is among physicians.

Started experiencing vague (neurological) symptoms a couple of months ago. Increase of migraine attacks, daily persistent headache, individual needle pricks (especially in the hands), “zaps” (?) through the skull, small widespread muscle twitches, increased (non-pulsatile) tinnitus, increased visual “noise” and blurriness, tremor (especially in the hands), a kind of “buzzing” sensation in the lower legs, muscle soreness, limbs that go numb way easier, increase of fatigue and concentration issues.
