Curious about experience

I reached out to 🌈 bags on the app looking for a specific bag. I was sent stock photos of the bag which is fine. I also reached out to a TS for the same bag and received the same stock photos.
I asked rainbow what factory and if they send psp before shipping and was told it’s their factory and that’s the bag in the picture (I know it’s not, I looked in google and that appears in a lot of places). Anyone have insight or shared experience?
