[PC][late 90's early 2000's] Song played by bard(?) on town square after donating money

Platform(s): PC

Genre: I assume it was an RPG, as I had an inventory and I gave my money to a person with a guitar. I also remember giving all my money hoping it would play another song

Estimated year of release: Probably end of nineties

Graphics/art style: It would be isometric.

Notable characters: Someone with a guitar in front of a tree.

Other details: As the song was played by one person in the game, the music itself had more instruments and (I think) was sung by a woman. Maybe the credits were shown or the background went black.
