Lenovo LOQ shuts down randomly

Hello everyone,

While i play pubg, my laptop shuts down randomly and suddenly. As if there was a power black out. I saw some more people have had this problem.

For more than a year i had no problem with the gaming but last few months it started to have this problem. Maybe it started with downloading Valorant. But not sure.

First it started to have very long time launching time. And then it only started to use the battery even though it is plugged.

Now sometimes it drains the battery and sometimes not. While gaming, it just shuts down.

Anyone had similar issues?
