Mariano Meetup Game

On Aug 11 5pm there was supposed to be a Mariano meet up game with 20k in giveaways for those that used his sign up code and had qualifying 200 hands in August.

I got the email saying that I'd got the invite and I'd get a ticket in my account.

Aug 11 I get an email that the game was moved to 11am. I'm logged into my account but I have no ticket or way to get into the game.

Email support saying that I don't have a ticket and can't find the game in the table list. This is time sensitive but I don't get a response for 4 days, long after the MUG is done. They say they've escalated to relevant party, but now it's a month later with no response.

I followed up a week ago. No response. .

I messaged Mariano on IG, no response.

Mostly I feel ripped off because I was promised a chance at a 20k give away for signing up and trying the platform, but effectively was excluded from the promo and have had 0 recourse, burning a one time sign up referral and time playing qualifying hands.

Does anyone know what happens with this game? Did it ever even start?
