Need advice

I’ve bought 2 sleeves only problem being both bend at the head when the sleeve is on which is putting my girl off them, am I getting the incorrect size? I’m 6.5” in length and both sleeves are 6.5” interior length, do I need to get a 6” interior length so the sleeve is straight when it’s on? Hope that makes sense, thanks.
