i accidentally ate two day expired chicken is it over for me

last night at midnight i ate some pre cooked chicken that went out on the 7th and i ate it at midnight on the 9th right as it was turning to the 10th . it was sealed and smelled / tasted fine and i only checked the date on it half way through eating the meal because i remembered that i should do it just to be safe . i am so so worried even though its 8pm so its been 20 hours . everything online is saying you can still get sick after this amount of time .

what do you guys think ??
