Fox Cloud App and bill usage not lining up

Hi all. New here!

I had a foxESS battery installed in July and just added another 6.5kw system to my existing 7kw solar system.

Looking at daily consumption since installation I’m generally importing from Grid only 100W on a sunny day.

However, just saw my energy bill for August and there’s a huge discrepancy in what I’m seeing on fox cloud 2.0 app in terms of grid import and my origin bill in terms of energy usage.

As I only installed the new solar system mid august the below numbers don’t show the new import scenario. But even so the order of difference is huge. What am I missing????

Origin bill states total usage =

887kWh

Fox app:

239kWh for same period.

?? So confused. My bill was still pretty big.

I’ll call origin today but am I missing something big here.
