2 months on tirz. I started in July on 2.5mg compounded tirz from embody and now on 5mg, 15lbs down so far, Ive been dieting but minimal exercise because I work as a home health aid. I can't wait to see my body the way it was when I was 24, I'm 35 now 5'5 starting weight 222 now 206 , wish me luck
