Diaper changes are a wrestling match now.

My baby is 6.5 months old and has learned to sit only 2 days back. He will not lie on his back even for a second now. It’s getting impossible to change his diaper on the diaper changing station now. How do you guys change diaper?? Specially poopy one‘s. Only pee is still somehow manageable.
