[HIRING] Social Media Growth Manager – US Market | Performance-Based

We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to help us launch and grow one creator’s social media presence in the US market.

About the project

We are a remote creator management and digital marketing agency working with international creators. We are currently expanding one creator into the US market and are looking for someone who understands social media growth and US audiences.

Platforms

• Instagram (2 accounts)
• TikTok (2 accounts)
• YouTube Shorts (2 accounts)
• X
• Reddit

Your main responsibilities

• Publish and distribute content provided by our team
• Adapt content for each platform
• Research US trends, audiences and relevant communities
• Grow accounts organically
• Manage posting schedules and account activity
• Use X and Reddit for genuine community-based distribution
• Monitor analytics and identify what is working
• Optimize profiles, posting strategies and CTAs
• Generate qualified traffic to the creator's paid subscription page
• Track results and continuously improve the strategy

Important: You will NOT be responsible for creating or filming content. Our team provides the content and organizes everything through Google Drive.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience growing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and/or YouTube Shorts
• Experience with X and Reddit is a major advantage
• Understanding of US audiences is highly preferred
• Ability to show previous results, case studies or accounts you have worked on
• Strong analytical and testing mindset
• Reliable communication and ability to work independently

Compensation

This is a 100% performance-based position. There is no hourly salary.

You will receive commission based on verified paid subscribers/revenue generated through the social media traffic you manage. The exact commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon transparently before starting.

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term partnership where your earning potential increases with the results you generate.

Transparency

The creator operates in the adult creator/subscription space. The role involves marketing and growing social media accounts that ultimately drive traffic to a paid creator platform. Please only apply if you are comfortable working in this industry.
