First of two reviews this evening. Bought these two a couple of weeks ago. Paid 155¥ for the Gucci and 225¥ for the Cartiers via a private link to my agent.

The Gucci’s are good value for the money. The velour case is passable but nothing special. Although they’re plastic, the finishing is good and polishing ok. Lenses and hinges are fine, UV400 verified, and the logos don’t look cheap. They will be used as a throw on pair so whilst I’m not blown away they’ll sit happily in the collection and I’m not disappointed for the money.

On the other hand, I’m really like the Cartier, although I should have done my research as these seem to be a fantasy piece, or a pair that don’t appear anywhere recently in any genuine catalogue. (If anyone recognizes them let me know!) Despite that, they’re still really nice!! The metal frames smack of high quality, lenses are great with the gradient look I like, and hinges and hardware all solid. If they are a fantasy piece, I feel I got lucky finding them!

The seller is a new one, found him on WeChat, and he can only be found there as he doesn’t have a WhatsApp.

So not too interested about promoting the seller or sharing his details. The prices were good, and there are lots of brands in rhe catalogue, but this feels like a dud purchase. However, that’s why I like to test the sellers for the community.

If anyone is interested in seeing his WeGo catalogue then drop me a message, but thought I’d post the pics up anyway!
