Haven't Received 3.28 Yet. Anyone Else?

Basically the title. Remarkable Pro user here wondering what's up. If it makes any difference, mine is a refurbished device I got after returning the original device which had severe ghosting issues. I've been really wanting the capture tool ever since it was announced months ago.
