Bought more PCT today

I’ll be honest, I’m asking myself if (a) I’m a fool or (b) I’m being fooled or (c) I’m throwing good money after bad or (d) I’m a perceptive investor whose done enough research to understand that the risk/reward is highly attractive. I’d like to think it’s (d), but it bothers me that I don’t know if the ramp is ramping and why we continue to hear nothing, week after week.
