AITA guy I’m seeing hid I was in bed from his son and I know he knew I was there. I feel so guilty.

The guy basically just told me to hide under the covers as they (9yrs) went in his bathroom. They definitely fucking knew I was there because I heard them say they heard him talking to me and asking why his dad is lying about it.

I feel so bad and like he’s traumatized now. I should have left the room. Should I tell the dad double down and say I wasn’t there or be honest? I feel soo guilty. I’ve never been with someone with a child. The child and I have met before, he was there when I first met his dad and he seen me around.
