I'm not on finasteride Please I need help!!! Any advice will be appreciated.

Hello, I'm a new member; umm I want to know has any one noticed that cayenne pepper is a 5 ar inhibitor? I have. And I tried to stay away from certain herbal supplements that can inhibit my 5 ar like fenugreek, and others of the like; but in April, months back; I ate some cayenne in tuna fish, these couple months have been irritating to say the least, I didn't know a spice could lower your dht/ 5 ar to that effect.. my semen volume hasn't returned normal. Please help!!
