Worst app/site I think any company I have worked for has ever used.

I have made a single transaction with this app before I was completely unable to access my account. The login portal does absolutely nothing for me, support must be a single person with no arms or legs, and their app takes several minutes just for a login request to say yes or no.

Anytime I get logged into my account, I am told I need to set my address before I can do anything while giving a 502 error on the home page. I can't even set my state so there's no way for me to fix this. No clue why this happened after I managed to get it to work once either. Now I can't figure out what I did, so it's impossible. Does anyone have any info that can help with this? I am genuinely so lost and I really hope my company stops using this horrible failure of a service
