Hey guys,

Looking to get a new helmet, and have shortlisted the KYT TT Revo and LS2 Stream 2. Both seem to be priced around the ₹7,000 to ₹9,000 range, so fits my budget.

Would appreciate any insight someone could give about the helmets before I go finalizing the deal.

Context for the kind of bike I'll be riding:

Use case: Urban commute (heavy traffic), highways and the occasional long tour.

Important feature: As someone who wears glasses, I'd prefer spectacle-friendly helmets where the frames wouldn't dig into my temple or constantly fog up (especially when waiting at a traffic signal).

The following are my queries for comparison:

1. Weight distribution: While the LS2 seems to have a significant weight advantage on paper, how do the two compare in terms of feel on the head/neck after hours of use?

2. Comfort: How does the interior padding of both compare in terms of plushiness? Do either of the two cause unsightly pressure points on the head after prolonged use?

3. Wind noise: I know the KYT is supposed to channel a lot of air, which can get noisy on the highway. How does the wind noise compare for the two at around 80-100kmph?

4. Vision: What's the field of view like? And for the LS2 Stream 2, does the inbuilt drop down visor (I assume) hamper the peripheral vision in any way for someone wearing glasses?

While the LS2 has a cool feature with the drop down sun visor, and the KYT looks menacing and aerodynamic, I'm still on the fence about which will be better suited for my use cases.

So, any suggestions for what I'm looking for? What are the two helmets good/bad for? Any adverse effects I should be aware of? Your thoughts would be deeply appreciated. Thanks!
