What monitor best for 200$

I only use two specs for evaluation: screen resolution and refresh rate. These monitors are roughly the same in those regards. Is there anything else that makes one monitor better than the other?

1. LG 32G600A-B 32" QHD

2. Samsung Odyssey G5 S32CG554 32

There isn't a wide selection of products in my country, so for 200, there are only these two models available.
