FWE/ Seasonal Specialist- UAE (anyone??)

I was wondering if anyone here interviewed with Apple Dubai for the seasonal specialist role and got hired or contacted recently. I gave an interview back in April and he been put in the candidate pool, what does that means and what are the chances of hearing back from them
