Utilities are one of the first places I look when reviewing an RV park because a beautiful property can turn into a nightmare pretty quickly if the infrastructure is wrong.

Old septic, private wells, undersized electrical service and undocumented utility lines can all create very different levels of risk.

What utility problem would make you walk away immediately?

And what problems would you still accept if the price and financing were good enough?
