Pharmacist career dilemma

Would you leave a newly started retail pharmacist position(chain pharmacy) after just 2 weeks for an 11-month clinical/PA contract opportunity? I am new graduate and was wondering if i have to go back in same retail after contract ends , they wont take me . At the same time contract role would give me experience outside of retail and a potential pathway into managed care/clinical pharmacy, but it’s temporary and comes with lower pay.
