Letz go SUCKS

I've been eating in letz go for a while but recently it has deteriorated so much that I've switched to MB's sweets. I just saw a reel about a woman finding mold (bhekur) in one of the sweets which she was EATING and this sparked me to write about my experience too.

This one time I ordered a dosa on Swiggy from letz go and I had done online payment, after waiting a while I see that they had cancelled the order themself and when I reported and asked for refund THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY.

This other time i ordered again on Swiggy and I had prepaid for a dosa and dhokla but only the dosa came WHILE I PAID FOR BOTH and to top it off THE SAMBAR WAS SOUR.

And i won't forget about when the manager disrespected my mother. He was pissed that day and when my mom went to pay for the food she accidentally paid more than what was asked for and instead of being polite he threw the money back at her and said "hisab nhi aata kya?"

I'm so glad for their downfall i hope they understand that they can't treat customers like this when we're the sole reason their business is even working.
