Is there any way to adjust TIL for a certain drug?

There’s a brand name drug with a TIL of 1, we have a picky customer who only wants it when she specifically asks for it to be ordered and doesn’t want anything that’s been on the shelf. I don’t mind ordering it for her but the system keeps sending it to us when we don’t order it.
