Bowers Managers: Aim High or Settle?

I drafted Bowers and I’m slightly panicked on the injury news. If possible, I’d like to move him for a stud WR. But, I don’t know if that’s possible. Do we think it’s worth it to hold Bowers unless the return is awesome, or should I settle in a trade?
