Looking for 2/3 BHK for family near Purple Line – ~₹50K

House hunting in Bangalore and could use some local wisdom 😅
My office is near Trinity Circle, and I’m looking for a 2/3 BHK for my family somewhere along/around the Purple Line, ideally with an easy commute to Trinity.
Budget: ~₹50K/month, can stretch a little for the right place.
Main requirements:
● 🏠 2/3 BHK
● 🚇 Easy access to Purple Line / Trinity
● 🏢 Prefer a good gated society
● 💧 Reliable water supply / no regular water issues — super important
● ⚡ Power backup
● 🔐 Good security
● 🛠️ Decent maintenance
● 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly & reasonably peaceful
Looking to move in the first week of October.
If any owners have a place available, or know of something opening up around then, please DM me. Would prefer dealing directly with the owner if possible.
Also, would really appreciate specific society recommendations from people who actually live there.
And if there are areas/societies I should avoid because of water issues, traffic, maintenance, etc., please let me know!
