Luggage Lock

We just left the Wish, we packed last night and I locked my luggage and left it outside our stateroom like normal.
When I went to pick up my luggage after de-embarkation and waited in line at line I noticed a strange lock on my luggage. First I checked to make sure it was my luggage, confirmed and then took a closer look at the lock. Mine was a blue tsa lock, I’ve had it for many years. This was a generic brass lock that was scratched and dinged up and had no TSA logo on it. I brought it to the attention of the DCL member who brought me and my luggage over to the security part where I explained to them this wasn’t my lock. I was able to open the lock with my key, I opened and checked my luggage and at a glance it looked ok.
My luggage does have a built in 3 digit lock, so I re-locked it and gave them the brass lock that was on it, The l members said they never heard of anything like this before. I gotta say it’s soured my trip a little that someone tampered with my luggage. I don’t think DCL crew should have TSA keys, if they want to go through my bag I should be present.
