Need help choosing between two prebuilts

So found 2 prebuilts on a local site and they're both great value I don't know what to choose

Prebuilt 1:

6700XT

5700X

32gb ddr4 3200

Price: 689euros

Prebuilt 2:

3060Ti

8400F

32gb ddr5 6000
