Rides being auto canceled by lyft

I have been driving for the past 2 weeks with this issue where I will accept the ride at the location where I'm dropping someone off at and the moment I pull up the ride gets Auto canceled by Lyft to give to someone else and the rider tries to get in my car and they say they didn't cancel. I definitely didn't cancel and then I call Lyft and they tell me that they don't see that I even had a ride in the first place. Then I asked for a tier 2 customer service they put me on hold and then no one ever comes. Is anyone else having this issue? I have turned off the auto accept and the option to transfer rides to someone else so this should not be happening but it keeps happening. It's also in the same exact location every time because I live in a destination town.
