Milk transfer after tongue tie release

Hi all - my 11 week old had her tongue and lip ties released 9 days ago. Before that we exclusively bottle fed pumped milk since her latch was so painful. The last couple of days she has latched and we've tried breastfeeding. Her latch is still a little painful but nothing like before. The issue we're having is I'll have one letdown and she'll be able to get a "suck suck swallow" session but then the rest of the time she's just sucking with no more swallowing. I do breast compressions throughout but they don't seem to help much. She still needs bottled milk after and I end up pumping after to keep my supply up.

Any advice on how to help her transfer more milk out?

We just got insurance so I may schedule an LC visit but honestly we've already shelled out $100s on LC appointments before her release and don't want to pay anymore.
