Is there a way to change and improve some of the features that are on android?

Firstly, the trackpad. You know, when you press and hold the spacebar while texting to move around the text to edit and stuff. I tried that on A57 briefly and it wasn’t as easily and freely controllable as my iphone 11.

And the other one is triple tapping to select the whole text.

And lastly the youtube PiP. The iphone makes it minimized to an arrow with a tiny window basically.

I know they may not seem like much, but I am very used to using shortcuts like these and interacting with the interface. How can I make up for it on my new S26 that I am planning to buy. Because iphones are unnecessarily expensive now.
