Rera Revenue Recovery Certificate issued, builder denied handover without withdrawal. What to do next.

#Opinion

I own a RERA case for delay compensations in Bangalore against the builder ATZ Properties, for the project ATZ Areva. As expected the builder did not comply and I received the Revenue Recovery Certificate on 6rh august. But as everyone knows karnataka has more than almost 2+k recovery certificates in recovered, so I highly doubt my turn will come soon.

In the meantime the builder has denied possession and registration of the flat until I withdraw. But not directly in writing, they sent an email that indirectly says that they are denying registration until I withdraw.

Now I'm in limbo. When will I get possession or should I give up all the 3+ years of battle.

I was in the mood for negotiations and settlement but then found out the builder is scamming even more. They are not providing the promised amenities, building the community hall with tinsheet and metal pillere instead concrete. Also the community hall became only 1 storied instead of the promised g+1. Then instead of proper parking some will get the stack parkings now.

Surprisingly they are getting all this written in final sale deed and forcing that to register or delay possession.

What should I do now?

What option do I have?

How can I get my flat asap without compromising too much?

Most rera complaints have withdrawn cases when the builder pressured and threatened to delay possession .
