iphone 4s Downgrade to ios 5 problem HELP!!!

I have an iPhone 4S (64GB) manufactured in 2011, and I wanted to downgrade it to iOS 5 using iOS Legacy Kit DRA v6; however, while flashing the filesystem, the program shut down at 7% without displaying any error. please help!!
