What tours did you book and were they worth it?

What did you guys book a tour for? Ill be in Italy next Saturday for 2 weeks, going to Florence and Tuscany, Italian Riveria, and Rome. Im mostly wondering about Florence, Rome, and maybe Tuscany. Everything I want to do so far seems like I can just book a ticket myself, like the Ufizzi gallery, Colloseum, etc but Im wondering if its worth it to book some tours to learn more about places instead of us just waling around aimlessly. Or maybe its a class, wine tour, vespas, etc.
